To access wholesale pricing and services, you must:

• Be a registered business entity
• Provide valid business registration documents
• Have a valid VAT number (where applicable)
• Meet minimum order requirements
• Agree to our credit terms and payment conditions

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment terms vary by customer and order size:

• New customers: Payment required before dispatch
• Established customers: 30-day payment terms available
• Large orders: Custom payment arrangements may be available

Wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate pricing and availability information, but errors may occur.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
